Resume
Jack Hardin has been engaged in the private practice of law
in the Houston, Texas, area since May, 1975. Counsel for
individuals, corporations, partnerships and other entities in
connection with entity formation and operations,
securities, federal and state taxation, real and personal
property transactions, employee plans, experience appearing before administrative
agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission, Texas Workforce Commission, Comptroller of Public
Accounts and Internal Revenue Service, family law, estate
planning and probate, commercial and contract negotiations and
litigation. Serves as trial counsel in bench and jury trials
in state and federal courts. Provides mediation services by the agreement of
parties or pursuant to court appointments in
civil litigation, including business, commercial, family
and probate disputes.
Admitted to practice in all Texas courts, United
States Tax Court, United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court
for the Southern District of Texas (also a federally
Listed Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider), United States Courts of
Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit, and a licensed Texas real estate broker.
